Privacy policy | First Local Call

This policy explains what information First Local Call collects, why, and what you can do about it. First Local Call is operated by Zia Consulting Group LLC in Orange County, California. Questions? Email kevin@firstlocalcall.com or call 818-568-3931.

What information do I collect?

The free check form: your name, business name, type of business, city, phone, email, website (if you give it) and whether you agreed to be contacted.
What you send me: calls, texts and emails, and anything you include in them.
Website analytics: Google Analytics records pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), and the site that sent you, including AI apps like ChatGPT. It uses cookies to do this. It also counts taps on the phone number and form submissions.
Clients: the business details and account access needed to deliver the service. I never store your passwords or card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe.

How do I use it?

To run your free AI check and send you the results.
To contact you about your results by phone, text or email, if you agreed to that.
To deliver and improve the service for clients.
To understand how people use this website.

I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it for advertising.

Who else sees it?

Only the companies that help me run the business, and only what they need: Cloudflare (website hosting and the form), Google (Analytics), my email and phone providers, and Stripe (client payments). When I run an AI check, the AI apps receive the questions only. Your personal details are never included. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Text messages

If you agreed to be contacted, I may text you about your results. I don't send marketing texts in bulk. Reply STOP anytime and I won't text you again. Message and data rates may apply.

How long do I keep it?

Free check requests are kept for up to two years so I can follow up and avoid duplicate checks, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client and as long after as tax and legal rules require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email kevin@firstlocalcall.com and I'll respond within 30 days. California residents have these rights under California law, and I'll honor them for everyone. I won't treat you differently for asking.

To stop Google Analytics from recording your visits, you can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.

Children

This website is for business owners. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
