Service agreement
Last updated: November 2026 (draft)
This agreement is between Zia Consulting Group LLC, doing business as First Local Call ("I" or "me"), and the business that signs up ("you"). You accept it when you check the box at sign-up and pay your first month.
1. What I do
Setup and monthly care as described on the pricing page on the day you sign up, including your Google Business Profile, listings, website, review system, tracking, monthly content, monthly AI check and monthly report. If I change what's included, I'll tell you at least 30 days ahead.
2. Price and payment
- Setup: $0. Monthly care: $498 per month, plus any applicable tax, charged in advance each month through Stripe.
- Work starts after your first monthly payment clears.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and I'll let you know. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, monthly work pauses until it's paid. Your website stays live.
- I'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
3. No contract term, cancel anytime
This is month to month. Cancel anytime online through the billing portal, or by emailing kevin@firstlocalcall.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments for a month already started aren't refunded. [to confirm]
4. You own it
- Your domain, Google Business Profile, directory listings, analytics and other accounts are set up in your name from day one. I'm added as a manager.
- Your website is yours, whenever you cancel. When you leave, I hand over the website files and help you move it to new hosting if you want.
- The general templates, tools and code I use to build sites for all my clients stay mine. You get a permanent right to keep using them as part of your website.
- I never store your passwords or card numbers. You type your own payment details.
5. Your area is yours
While you're a paying client, I won't take on another client of the same type of business in your area. Your area is the list of cities written in your sign-up confirmation. This ends when you cancel.
6. What I need from you
- Access to your accounts (I'll set it up with you on a short call), a short form about your business, and a few photos.
- Accurate information. Anything factual, like license numbers, warranty terms, certifications or years in business, is published only after you confirm it.
- Quick approvals. Content without factual claims publishes if you haven't objected within 5 days of the preview.
- Ask for reviews honestly: the same request to every customer, and no payment or discounts in exchange for reviews.
7. No guarantees on rankings
Google and AI apps decide on their own whom to show and recommend, and they change how they work without notice. I'll do the work described here and report results honestly every month, but I can't guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, number of calls or revenue.
8. Confidentiality and sharing results
I keep your business information private and use it only to deliver the service. Two exceptions:
- Anonymous results. I may share results without identifying you, for example "a South Orange County roofer went from 0 to 9 AI recommendations in 3 months," or averages across my clients. I won't include your name, logo, website, photos or anything else that identifies your business.
- Named examples, only with your permission. I'll name you, show your logo or reports, or quote you only after you agree in writing (an email is fine). You can withdraw that permission anytime for anything I publish afterward.
9. Limits
To the extent the law allows, my total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses. [to confirm with a lawyer]
10. Law and changes
This agreement is governed by California law, with any dispute handled in the courts of Orange County, California. If I update this agreement, I'll email you the changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
